Holiday house Briški is located in Homer, a settlement in the town of Lokve, ideal for nature lovers, mountaineers, hunters and fishermen, cyclists, i.e. for everyone who enjoys activities in nature and on the water. The house is hidden from view, yet close to all the beauties and attractions of the Goran Mountains, such as the Lokvar Lake, the cave, the Golubinjak Park-Forest, the source of the Kupa River, Risnjak National Park, the Zeleni Vir in Skrad, the indoor ice rink and indoor swimming pool in Delnice, and the surrounding ski resorts such as Čelimbaša, Platka, Kupjak and Begovo Razdolje (20 min. by car).

The house is set back from the road that leads to Lake Lokvarsko, 150 m away, has a landscaped garden and a park-forest, parking, a terrace and a gazebo with a barbecue, all for rest and socializing, total area 2,400 m2. The house is III category, 1/2 + 2 PP for a total of four people, built as a residential building, surrounded by forest at 777 m above sea level.

Guests have two rooms at their disposal – a bedroom with a double bed (180×200) and a living room with two single beds (90×200), as well as a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, a gas stove (+ electricity), an oven, a hood, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. The house has smart TV, DVD, Hi-Fi and fast internet (WiFi). Heating is on wood and electricity.

The price per night is €100 throughout the year, for a maximum of four adults. Surcharge for pets is €7/night. For longer stays (eight or more nights) a discount is granted by agreement. The price for one and two nights is separately negotiated, as is the price for New Year’s Eve. The price includes the residence tax. Check-in/check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out/check-out is until 11:00 a.m. (negotiable). 20% of the total price of the night is paid for booking an appointment. It is not rented for holding bachelor, bachelorette, etc. parties.
